Entry Level – Sales Professional: Learn how to market the products and build your client base

  • Personal Sales contract of 30% first-year commission and 2% lifetime renewals.
    • The promotions below detail how to accelerate your commissions through leveraging agency building and the FHL Career Track, but if you prefer to be a “lone wolf”, your Personal Sales contract will automatically increase based on lifetime personal production.
  • Recruiting bonus of $500 for each qualified agent you refer to our agency
    • NOTE: Commissions here and below are paid on all sales forever as long as you are active and appointed

Promotion 1 – Team Leader: Start building your team
Qualification: Personally produce $30,000 NAP or have 14 Submits and 1 Direct Recruit in a Quarter

  • Personal Sales contract increases to 35%
  • Earn a 5% first-year override on the agents you refer (or “source”)
    • NOTE: Every week you or one of your agents submits even one piece of business counts as a “SUBMIT

Promotion 2 – Field Director: Model the process by mentoring new agents on how to build their business
Qualification: Team production of $75,000, 30 Submits, and 1 Direct Recruit in a Quarter

  • Mentor your Team Leaders on how to manage their Sales Professionals’ activity to hit their sales goals
  • Team production above includes personal sales
  • Personal Sales contract increases to 40%
  • Earn a 5% first-year override on the agents you refer (or “source”)
  • Earn an additional 5% first-year override and 1% lifetime renewals on agents you personally mentor
    • NOTE: Promotion is achieved and reviewed on a quarterly basis; one-quarter grace period to maintain

Promotion 3 – Market Director: Run your own interview process, on-boarding and licensing all new hires
Qualification: Team production of $125,000, 50 Submits, and 3 Direct Recruits in a Quarter

  • Begin replicating yourself by developing Field Directors in your Market
  • Earn a 5% first-year override on the agents you refer (or “source”)
  • Earn an additional 5% first-year override and 1% lifetime renewals on agents you personally mentor
  • Earn an additional 5% override on agents you interview, hire, get licensed, and send to Sales Academy
    • NOTE: Promotion is achieved and reviewed on a quarterly basis; one-quarter grace period to maintain

Promotion 4 – Regional Director: Take ownership of your growing Agency
Qualification: Team production of $175,000, 70 Submits, and 6 Direct Recruits in a Quarter

  • Management override contract of 45% first-year and 4% renewal on your Agency
    • This is separate from your Personal Sales contract
    • All Team Leader, Field Director, and Market Director overrides are paid out of your override contract
      • If you hire a Sales Professional with no one else in the hierarchy, you earn the margin between their sales contract and your management contract = 15% first-year override and 2% renewal override
      • If there are other Team Leaders, Field Directors or Market Directors in your Agent’s hierarchy, those overrides are paid from that margin
  • Responsible for all interviewing, hiring, on-boarding and training of everyone  in your Agency
  • Qualify to open a physical office of your own to support your agency growth
  • $500/month matching investment from WorkFORCE for recruiting + office expenses
    • NOTE: Promotion is achieved and reviewed on a quarterly basis; one-quarter grace period to maintain

Promotion 5 – National Director
Qualification: Team production of $250,000, 100 Submits, and 9 Direct Recruits in a Quarter

  • Management override contract of 50% first-year and 4% renewal on your Agency
  • Responsible for the same reporting, leadership and management on their group as Agency Owner
  • $1000/month matching investment from WorkFORCE for recruiting + office expenses
    • NOTE: Promotion is achieved and reviewed on a quarterly basis; one-quarter grace period to maintain

Promotion 6 – Agency Owner Candidate
Qualification: Team production of $375,000, 150 Submits, and 12 Direct Recruits in a Quarter

  • Management override contract of 55% first-year and 5% renewal on your Agency
  • Participate in exclusive training and mentoring from Agency Owner and the National Sales Staff of Family Heritage Life
  • $1500/month matching investment from WorkFORCE for recruiting + office expenses
  • 50% cost-sharing on all WorkFORCE incentives earned in your organization
  • Recognition in FHL publications, conference calls, and meetings as “on track” to having your own Agency
    • Maintaining this level of production for four consecutive quarters in a calendar year will qualify your Agency to “break off” from WorkFORCE and join the group of Family Heritage Agency Owners as a full partner
