Interview Preparation

To help you prepare for your interview, we’ve put this page together to educate you on the expectations, opportunities, challenges and rewards of a career with WorkFORCE. Time well-spent here before you meet with us will pay large dividends in our hiring process.

Step 1: Dive into the Details

After seeing the WorkFORCE Spotlight, you’ll have a great feel for our culture, our market, and our growth strategy. You’ll also understand the different positions we’re hiring for and how you can be a part of what we’re building.

You’ll also have a nice stack of questions – so to start, here are the most common questions we get asked right after the Position Overview:

The most challenging aspect of a sales career is how to generate business. Where do we get our leads? Who do we target? How do we go about approaching them? This link will go into more detail on our Sales System:

One of the most important parts of any career is how to make money and build wealth. None of us works for free – and if you’re like us, you’re competitive and money-motivated! This link will dive into all the elements of our compensation plan and walk you through the Career Path from Agent to Agency Owner.

If you are selected to work with us, you’ll need to get licensed and graduate from one of our Sales Academies. This link goes through the timeline from the time you get offered a position to your first paycheck. Look through it carefully and make sure you can commit the time necessary to start a career with us.

Step 2: Answer these Feedback Questions

The final step in our process is to meet us for a Face-to-Face Interview in one of our local offices. Your answers here will help us decide who we want to meet with and when. Be 100% honest as you go through this section – we want to make sure you’re set up for success if we decide to work together.
